We start by simmering down Pure & Simple Farms fresh rhubarb with orange zest, ground coriander, and just a pinch of black peppercorn to create a compote with a depth of flavour that changes on the palette ever so gently. After all that we then marble the jam throughout a sweet rye cookie dough, roll it in organic cane sugar, and finally top it with just the right amount of sea salt to bring you something nutty, sweet, and honestly - magic!
